Our services are affordable therefore will help generate a greater interest since we advertise in many major newspapers and also on the world wide web!

Once your listing is entered, the database will automatically notify our registered clients, whose criteria match your listing/s via e-mail, fax or through our instant notification system thereby giving you the best possible choice of tenants! Also to insure that our database is always current, rentals are automatically expired after 10 days of receipt, unless they are renewed by you or our staff.

ONLINE-- Complete our online form and click SUBMIT. An UNIT ID will be 
computer assigned for future updating/modifying and sent to you.

BY FAX-- Print out a FORM, fill it out, then fax it back to us at (973) 
471-8358.

BY PHONE-- Just give us a call at 201-546-8181, and one of our staff will 
be happy to take your information and enter it into our database.

IN PERSON-- Please feel free to stop by our office.
