Refund Request Form

If within the first 30 days of registration you should find a rental through a source other than our service and the rental is not in our database of rentals and the rental is within our covered areas, parameters and areas as set by you on the original registration form, theaptstore.com will refund you 50% of the fee paid by you. Refunds policy applies to 120 day program only!!

In order for the refund to be granted you must notify us via writing or email us @ refunds@theaptstore.com within the first 30 days of registration and you can provide us a copy of the first and last page of your new lease. If you should decide not to move or stop searching we can freeze your account for future use. But you must notify us via writing or email in order to freeze your account.

All requests are to be submitted on our refund request form and should be mailed along with copies of lease to The Apartment Store c/o Refunds, 127 Main Street 2nd Floor, Hackensack, NJ 07601. Once received processing will be within 30 days.
