Although all the listings are checked for availability every five (5) business days and expired automatically every fifteen (15) calendar days the listings TAS provides are believed to be reliable and current but TAS does not and cannot guarantee that the rentals will still be available when you call. TAS cannot and does NOT guarantee that you will find a satisfactory rental thru our subscription service. You are responsible for making your own inquiries as to the precise terms of rental and availabiity. All listings are subject to errors and omissions by the person issuing such information. The liability of TAS is limited to the fee paid by you and TAS has no responsiblity to you or to the landlords. THIS CONTRACT IS NON CANCELLABLE. You acknowledge and represent that you will use our listings for your own personal use to rent and will not disclose our listings to anyone else.
